Ingredients:
1 lb Ground American lamb
1 Large Egg
2 Cloves Garlic, minced
2 tsp Lebanese 7 spice blend (or Shawarma seasoning)
1/2 cup Panko breadcrumbs
1 tbsp Lemon juice & 1 tsp Lemon zest
1 tbsp Butter & 1 tbsp Oil
Whipped Feta: 1/2 cup Greek yogurt, 4 oz feta cheese, 1 tbsp olive oil, 1 tbsp lemon juice, 1 tsp lemon zest, 1 clove garlic
6 Dave’s Killer “Rocking Rolls” (or your favorite buns)
1/2 cup pickled red onions
2 tbsp Pomegranate molasses
