I spent the last 6 years fighting to walk for a second time in my life. My leg injury knocked me completely off my legs and I’ve had to quite literally crawl my way back.
And, I’m just grateful to find workouts that keep me feeling strong, this is one of them.
If there’s a will there is a way.
Whatever challenge you’re facing keep going, keep trying, keep getting creative, keep putting in the work. You will get there. I promise you, every baby step forward is a step forward. Don’t stop now. You got this, I know from experience.
