Despite their immense importance, President Trump’s proposed budget may soon end funding of research for America’s bees coordinated by the U.S. Geological Survey Bee Lab. The Bee Lab is an interagency venture that funds and conducts native bee research. It plays a vital role in protecting America’s imperiled pollinators — who play a vital role in feeding us.
