April 29, 2024 was going to be the start of my wellness era. I took this selfie at the gym feeling motivated, hopeful, and ready to commit to some big personal changes. Two days later, I lost my job... And with it, my free gym access. Not exactly the glow-up I had planned. What I thought would be a time of self-improvement turned into something very different: uncertainty, reinvention, and eventually, a brand-new path. Since that day, I’ve: • Launched my own business (Atalanta Marketing) • Helped brands grow their digital presence • Taught my first course as a professor • Rediscovered what my version of wellness really looks like I didn't expect to rebuild everything from that moment, but I'm really proud of what's come out of it.
