2 Pot Crawfish Boil with a new vegetable pro tip for Memorial Day weekend. The 2 pot method is where you boil the crawfish in clean (or seasoned) water and then immediately move them to a super seasoned 140°-150° soak pot for an extended period of time. The crawfish soak up flavor without over cooking. There are a lot of ways and methods to cook crawfish and I try something different every time I have boiled crawfish for the past 25 years. This time I tried a tip from my good buddy bryanbroaddus. He told me to blend up the vegetables instead of dropping them in whole or quartered into the pot to impart move flavor. I have to tell you I will do this from now on because it definitely worked. I also doubled the amount of vegetables I had used previously and we got some serious flavor. I used onions, garlic, bell peppers, celery, and jalapeños. All of my crawfish recipes and videos are located on MeatChurch.com and also our YouTube channel. Thanks for the tip bryanbroaddus! —————————...
