Tristan Krause, a Ph.D. candidate at Texas A&M, works with partner programs of the Defense Prisoner of War/Missing in Action Accounting Agency (DPAA) to help bring home the more than 80,000 U.S. service members still missing from past conflicts. Through global missions and historical research, he helps uncover the stories of those who never made it home — like Lt.
