Everyone who needs help with their mental health deserves help. We shouldn’t turn getting help into a competition where only those experiencing suicidal ideation or severe symptoms are the only who are worthy of help. In order to help people potentially not get to the point of being suicidal or in severe situations, we need to give them care before it has hit that point. People don’t need to be in a specific position or experiencing specific things in order to get proper mental health care.
