This is the most anabolic, time-saving meal you’ll ever make ⬇️ This Monster Mash recipe is a high protein, gut-healing, mass-building staple for athletes who lift heavy, move fast, and recover hard. Here’s the recipe (Instant Pot only): Ingredients: 3 lbs ground beef (use lean grass-fed if possible) 2 cups white rice (basmati preferred) 2 cups bone broth 2 tsp salt ¼ tsp black pepper Instructions: 1️⃣Turn on Sauté mode. Add beef and season with salt & pepper. Brown fully. (Drain fat if not using lean grass-fed.) 2️⃣ Pour in bone broth and scrape the bottom of the pot to deglaze. 3️⃣ Add rice and stir thoroughly. 4️⃣ Turn off Sauté, then set pressure cook on High for 6 minutes. 5️⃣ Turn off the Keep Warm button. 6️⃣ Let it naturally release pressure.
