Extremely honored to have kicked off #MarchKindness at cchscavs in Jefferson City, MO yesterday. The thought of speaking in front of a massive crowd triggered a storm of anxiety attacks up until the day of the event, but I chose to face my fears head-on—and man, it was worth it. The warm embrace from the faculty, staff, and students made us feel right at home, and for that, we’re forever grateful. One highlight of the day was receiving a handwritten thank-you card featuring Madison and me, drawn by esti_abbott, who is already making a difference with calvins.closett, which gives back to the cchscavs family.
