Here we go for round 3 of Smokin With Pot! Today we have an insane premium Australian Wagyu brisket from oishi_wagyu . Shoutout to chefjustinsnyder for hooking me up. Check out meatplugbbq & wagyu_n_more for all your elite BBQ needs. This was such a special piece of meat, so I kept it super simple. Mustard as a binder with salt pepper garlic as the seasoning. Smoked it for about 10 hours until about 170 internal, then wrapped it up and let it cook until 203. Rested all day in the oven on the lowest setting. I let the meat do all the talking and it turned out amazing. The boys surprised me with a nice little cake for dessert. What do you think it said on it??? PS.
