Before we welcome Shabbat, we wanted to share some of the celebratory and educational activities happening at school as we gear up for Shavuot. On Thursday evening, Ms. Berkel hosted an inspiring night of Torah and connection in honour of the ancient tradition of Tikkun Leil Shavuot—led by our amazing students! The evening featured student-led learning, engaging discussion and of course a delicious dairy buffet (because Torah tastes better with cheesecake!) On Friday, during the 10-minute break, our faculty and staff joined in the celebration with some delicious cheesecake in the staff room.
