Meet Lynsie Edmiston, our incredible third grade teacher and the final Faculty Spotlight of the 2024-2025 academic year! 🍎✨ Lynsie brings 10 years of teaching experience and is finishing her eighth year at North Broward Prep. She spent six years teaching first grade and is now wrapping up her second year in third grade. She earned her bachelor’s degree in Early Education from Bethany College with a minor in Special Education, along with endorsements in Reading and Autism. She later completed her master’s degree in Child Psychology from Southern New Hampshire University. Teaching has always been Lynsie’s calling—from playing school as a child to now creating a classroom where students feel safe, supported, and excited to learn. One of her proudest moments was helping young readers grow into confident chapter book lovers by the end of the school year.
