Applications for the 2025/2026 Creative Movers Choreographic Initiative (CMCI) open this June — and we can’t wait to see what the next season has to bring! Designed for innovative artists in the New York and Tri-State area, CMCI provides the opportunity to create a new work for the 20-member Joffrey Concert Group. Selected choreographers receive full production support and the chance to premiere their work in a New York City theater. While we gear up for what’s ahead, we’re still inspired by “Oof” the incredible piece by Artistic Director of the Joffrey Concert Group, Bradley Shelver featured in this Spring’s CMCI performance, “In My Art”.
