Because both sides agreed to dismiss the claims, Judge #LewisLiman denied Baldoni’s motion to access her medical records. Lively will now be barred from introducing any evidence of emotional distress later in the case. Baldoni’s team wanted Lively to sign a HIPAA release to gain access to her therapy notes and other materials.
