MeatChurch.com: The Gospel, Holy Gospel, Honey Hog & Holy Voodoo are my favorites. My yeti Tundra 250 that holds my hogs on the front of my bqgrills whole hog smoker made a great prep table. Couple hours at 250° and you’re set.
