🍓🧁 Strawberry + 🍯 Caramel Pull-Apart Ice Cream Cone Cupcakes
We made the cutest mini ice cream cone-shaped cupcakes—half strawberry, half caramel, all delicious.
This was one of those ideas that sounded adorable in my head… and somehow turned out even better in real life. These are fun to make, so satisfying to pull apart, and such a hit with kids and grown-ups.
Recipe:
🧁 Cupcakes (makes 48 mini)
Start with your favorite vanilla cupcake base (box mix or homemade), then split the batter in two and flavor each half:
🍓🧁 For Strawberry Cupcakes:
1 cup finely chopped strawberries
🍯🧁 For Caramel Cupcakes:
½ cup caramel sauce
Line mini cupcake tin with liners, fill each ¾ full, and bake at 350°F for 12–15 minutes, or until a toothpick comes out clean. Let cool completely.

🎨 Buttercream Frosting (makes enough for both flavors) Base Recipe:
1 cup salted butter, room temp
2½ cups powdered sugar
1 tsp vanilla extract
Whip until fluffy, then divide and flavor:
