Jasmine Summers is a Boulder resident who came to Pearl Street this morning with her husband and grandson Wilbur to lay flowers down for victims and reflect on yesterday’s attack. Summers considers Boulder and Pearl Street her home and a place of safety. Most recently, she came to the courthouse for its dedication to the national historic registry and the raising of the pride flag.
