PROJECT 172 is finally complete 🏡 (scroll to end for final reveal) I surely wish I documented this process a lot more, but our heads were down trying to get the renovations done for tenants to move in! I learned a few things on this rehab: 1. Spend the money and contract out - I thought we could do a lot of projects ourselves to save money BUT chileeee we simply did not have the time and the burnout became real.. you see me in my purple demo suit 😂 2. Save on the expensive finishes - while yes technically this is my house, it is for renters to occupy and spending extra money on expensive finishes is not the best investment 3. Conduct inspection with ALL utilities ON - chileee now why did we turn the water on and the kitchen sink flooded?? Next time when the inspector goes to our next properties ALL utilities will be on at the time of inspection. Finally, enjoy the moment!
