#Philadelphia posted an apology on social media Sunday after some attendees said they waited hours to get through security on the first day of the music festival.
Just after the gates were set to open, the event shared that it would be some time before people would be let in due to storms in the area. In a series of posts, organizers said the previous day's rain and flooding created safety hazards on the grounds, and they couldn't open the gates until it was safe.
