Wild-caught salmon with cauliflower mash and Broccolini 🍣🎣🥦

I love salmon prepared just about any style, but this semi-sweet & spicy version was awesome! 😋

For the salmon I mixed in a bowl:
1 tbsp yacon syrup
1/4 tsp chipotle powder (more if you like spice)
1/2 chili powder
1/4 tsp salt, pepper, and garlic powder •

Spread mixture onto salmon and cook face down over medium heat in a cast iron pan with grass-fed butter for 3-4 minutes, then flip and continue cooking until done. •

You can find my recipe for cauliflower mash on my page from a few weeks back. The key is using plenty of roasted garlic and grass-fed butter 👍🏼
