Fish Tacos 🐟🌮

Here's a healthy twist to a traditional fried fish taco. •

Ingredients:
2-4 fillets wild-caught mahi mahi 🎣
1-2 eggs 🥚
1/4 cup almond flour
1/4 cup macadamia nuts (crushed)
2-3 tbsp grass-fed ghee

Seasonings: salt, pepper, cumin, paprika, etc.
Taco fixings of choice (I used lettuce wraps, avocado, salsa, cabbage, and

Directions:
1. Slice mahi mahi into 1" wide peices
2. Put ghee is a large pan over medium heat
3. Combine almond flour, crushed macadamia nuts, and seasonings in bowl
4. In a separate bowl, scramble eggs
5. Dip fish into eggs, then breading , and place in pan
6. Put fish in your wrap of choice and top with your favorite fixings •
