This grain-free, low-starch, low-sugar recipe is sure to satisfy your sweet cravings, without spiking your blood sugar or making you feel lousy. 🙌🏼

Ingredients:
1 cup blanched almond flour
2 pasture-raised eggs
1/2 tsp baking soda
1 tbsp yacon syrup (or low-glycemic sweetener of choice)
1/2 cup full-fat coconut milk
1 tsp vanilla extract
Pinch of sea salt
Organic blueberries
Grass-fed butter or coconut oil for cooking
Optional:
@lilys_sweets_chocolate chips (Or any no-sugar added chocolate chips) •

Directions:
1) Mix all ingredients in a blender, food processor, or mixing bowl (except berries/chocolate)
2) Apply plenty of cooking fat to your pan over medium-low heat
3) Pour batter onto pan, then add berries/chocolate
4) Enjoy! •
