Following my meditation practice, I begin journaling and one of the most essential aspects to my morning journaling is graditude. 📓🙏

I write down 5 things I'm grateful for, avoiding repetition and thinking beyond the norm. ✏️

Gratitude has been shown in clinical studies to: •
- Release oxytocin (feel good hormone, also referred to as the 'love hormone') ♥️
- Lower blood pressure 👇🏼
- Increase longevity 👴🏽👵🏻
- Improve mood/happiness (through release of seratonin and dopeamine) 😄
- Decrease inflammation 👇🏼
- Promote better sleep 😴
- and much more! 😀
