This quick, delicious recipe I created gives you the best of both worlds.
1 1/2 C. Blanched Almond Flour
1/4 tsp Baking Soda
1/4 tsp Pink Himalayan Salt
1 tbsp Grass Fed Butter or Ghee
1 Large Egg
1 tbsp Organic Italian Herbs

Choose your favorite sauce and toppings!
I like to use:
Homemade Pesto
Heritage-breed salami or pepperoni
Raw grass-fed mozzarella
Freshly picked tomatoes, spinach, bell peppers and basil

1. Place all crust ingredients into a large bowl and mix well
2. βFlatten dough on cast iron or other non-toxic cookware (I usually split the dough in half to make 2 thinner crust pizzas)
3. βAdd your sauce and various toppings
4. βCook it low and slow in the oven at 275Β°F for 20 minutes πππππππππππππππππππ
