Passionate about neurologic physical therapy, Bobby Hand, DPT, assistant clinical professor in the Department of Physical Therapy and Rehabilitation Sciences in Drexel University’s College of Nursing and Health Professions (drexelcnhp), teaches his students to center patient experience in health care. “Regardless of their future area of specialty practice, I'm proud to see our students beginning to recognize that patient-centered care can be equal parts effective, evidence-based, and overall enjoyable,” says Hand. “Physical therapy should be fun.” In his courses, students engage in experiential learning opportunities in addition to classroom and lab-based instruction.
