Featured Recipe: Grilled Clams
Ingredients:
50 whole littleneck clams
Directions:
Preheat grill on HIGH 10 min. Rinse clams well under cold running water; discard any that are broken or open.
Place clams directly on grill; close cover. Cook, 5–7 min, until clams open.
Remove clams from grill with tongs; discard any clams that do not open. Serve immediately.
Serve clams with melted butter for additional flavor.
