Pan con Tomate Tapas with Prosciutto di Parma
#ad I made this little tapas board for a gathering with friends and honestly, it was such a win. Whipped goat cheese with crispy Prosciutto di Parma parmaham_usa plus more fresh sliced prosciutto served the classic way, because why not both? Trust me, crispy prosciutto is unreal.
I used some sweet, in-season tomatoes for the pan con tomate and I’m telling you, it’s a must-try. Throw in some garlicky grilled bread and green olives to keep it easy but still super tasty. This took barely any time to pull together and felt fancy without trying too hard. Definitely doing this all summer long. Cheers!
Ingredients:
2 ripe tomatoes
2 tbsp olive oil
Pinch of salt
8 oz goat cheese
1/4 cup heavy cream
3 slices Prosciutto di Parma
Toasted bread to serve
