🚨COLLEGE COMMITMENT🚨 Next up in our college commitment series is… Kate Ewing, Class of 2026 middle blocker on our 17.1 team, who is headed to play Division I at Northeastern University to compete in the CAA next fall! Kate is an NEVBC lifer. One of only a few players who have been with us for SEVEN straight seasons since we opened our doors in Wilton. Kate started with us as a fifth grader on our first U12 team. She may have been able to walk under the net and couldn’t serve to her own 10 foot line… but everyone has to start somewhere. Kate is a perfect example of just how far you can get with hard work, dedication, and a true love for the game. Kate is a crafty and quick middle blocker who consistently causes problems for every team she plays against. She is a great example of how we want all middle blockers to be - all around players who can pass, set, serve, and defend - in addition to lights out attacking and shut down blocking.
