What you need:
150g H&B Organic Gluten Free Jumbo Oats
300g low fat cottage cheese
2 eggs
2 tbsp H&B Golden Flaxseeds
150g H&B Omega Seed Mix
150g H&B Nut Mix
2 tsp baking powder
½ tsp salt
How to make:
It couldn’t be simpler!
1️⃣ Just place all ingredients in a bowl and mix until combined well. Form a loaf with the dough and place it on a lined baking sheet.
2️⃣ Preheat the oven to 180°C and bake your bread for 60 minutes. Remove and let it cool before slicing.
