What you need π
200g H&B edamame bean noodles
ΒΌ red cabbage, sliced
1 carrot, grated
Thumb-sized piece of fresh ginger
1 garlic clove
50g H&B Crisp n Crunch peanut butter
1 lime, juice & zest
50ml reduced-salt soy sauce (or gluten-free)
50ml sesame oil
50g H&B Manuka Honey
3 spring onions, sliced
Β½ bunch coriander, chopped
50g H&B jumbo blanched peanuts
How to make π©βπ³
Step 1
Cook the edamame bean noodles according to pack instructions.
Step 2
Put all the dressing ingredients in a blender and pulse until smooth.
Step 3
Arrange the drained noodles on a plate and mix with the sliced veg.
Step 4
Drizzle with the dressing and top with spring onions, coriander and the blanched peanuts.
