#TylenolPartner how do you actually measure if something works in 5 days? i tried using three basic stretches: - deep squat time went from :22 to almost 1:30 - hamstring flexibility increased marginally - groin flexibility also seemed to increase for the good but marginally my knees do feel a bit “juicier” if that makes any sense. as in they feel a bit more oiled up properly as they had felt a tad brittle. i do not take rest days (not my best idea but i’m in that groove right now), and i could probably use more sleep but i take decent care of myself otherwise. so, for what it is worth and with all the disclosures on the table that seem to be on most products these days, the tylenol Proactive Supplement seems to be working and has a very solid ingredient list that checks out on most online searches Buy on Amazon! †These statements have not been evaluated by the Food & Drug Administration.
