#TylenolPartner how do you actually measure if something works in 5 days? i tried using three basic stretches: - deep squat time went from :22 to almost 1:30 - hamstring flexibility increased marginally - groin flexibility also seemed to increase for the good but marginally my knees do feel a bit “juicier” if that makes any sense. as in they feel a bit more oiled up properly as they had felt a tad brittle. i do not take rest days (not my best idea but i’m in that groove right now), and i could probably use more sleep but i take decent care of myself otherwise. so, for what it is worth and with all the disclosures on the table that seem to be on most products these days, the @TYLENOL Proactive Supplement seems to be working and has a very solid ingredient list that checks out on most online searches Buy on Amazon! †These statements have not been evaluated by the Food & Drug Administration.
