What a night! We had an absolute blast partnering with atthekitchenhouse for their Chef Night series. Our superstar chefs, Chef Allen and Chef Rob, spent the night serving a lineup of collaborative dishes while sharing stories about their journey together. You all know Chef Allen is our Brand Chef and Co-Founder, but Chef Rob has been part of our ride or die Hawkers crew for more than 7 years now. He’s Chef Allen’s right-hand-man and brings more than 20 years of experience to the table from stellar spots like the Grand Bohemian Hotel and Norman’s at the Ritz Carlton. For this dinner, we combined Chef Allen’s Southeast Asian history and Chef Rob’s southern-inspired background for an unforgettable night full of flavor, connection, and most importantly – laughs.
