Loving this Mango Ricotta Crostini from charcuterie_n_things! Perfect if you’ve got a spare Diced Mango Fruit Bowl - bring these to your next picnic or party! 🧺☀️
Ready in like 10 minutes and so good you’ll wanna eat the whole tray. Here’s the easy recipe:
What you’ll need:
1 Dole Mango Fruit Bowl (drain the juice)
1 French baguette, sliced
1 cup ricotta cheese
1–2 tbsp honey
Olive oil
Pinch of sea salt
Optional: fresh mint
How to make it:
1. Toast your baguette slices at 375°F for about 7–8 minutes (flip halfway).
2. Mix ricotta with honey and a pinch of salt until it’s super creamy.
3. Drain your mango, pat it dry (no soggy crostini here!).
4. Spread ricotta on the toasts, top with juicy mango cubes.
5. Drizzle more honey, sprinkle some mint, crack a little pepper if you’re feeling fancy.
And that’s it — sweet, creamy, crunchy goodness in every bite AND sooo good with a glass of chilled Sauvignon Blanc or Pinot Grigio!
Save this for your next brunch or solo snack party!
