Q: What inspired the new menu?
We update our menu twice a year to stay seasonal, on-trend, and to bring fresh, exciting options to our guests. It’s all about offering something new while keeping it approachable.
Q: What dish are you most excited for people to try—and why?
I’m really excited about the new Caribbean Grain Bowl. It’s 100% plant-based, but still incredibly hearty and full of bold flavors. It’s proof that plant-based can be just as satisfying.

I focus on creating a well-rounded menu—something for everyone. Whether it’s vegetarian, plant-based, or gluten-friendly, I aim for food that tastes amazing first. Creativity is rooted in flavor, and that’s what our guests care most about.
