Our fourth Emerging Journalists Program Immersion Experience is officially underway! 🎥📝💻 This week, 18 high school students from eight states, Washington, D.C., and Puerto Rico arrived on campus to kick off a 12-day residential journalism workshop. After a welcome dinner Monday night, they dove into their assignments Tuesday, participated in a camera workshop with Bryan Baker, and practiced their new skills under the oaks. Today, the group traveled to Raleigh, where they met with Rep. Reneé Price at the North Carolina Legislative Building and will spend the afternoon touring trailblazerstudios and abc11_wtvd. #eloncomm #journalism
