For the shrimp:
🔹1½ lbs large shrimp, peeled & deveined
🔹1 cup buttermilk
🔹1/2 cup bearandburtons W sauce
🔹1½ cups all-purpose flour
🔹½ cup cornstarch
🔹1 tbsp bigsexybbqrub m sexy garlic pepper rub
🔹Neutral oil, for frying
For the scampi sauce:
🔹4 tbsp unsalted butter
🔹6 cloves garlic, minced (about 1 tbsp)
🔹3/4 cup dry white wine
🔹Juice and zest of ½ lemon
🔹1 tbsp acbarbeque lemon stepper
🔹2 tbsp chopped fresh parsley or basil (or a mix)

Instructions
1. In a bowl, toss the shrimp with buttermilk and Worcestershire. Let it marinate at least 30 minutes or up to 2 hours in the fridge.
2. In a large skillet, melt the butter. Add garlic and sauté until fragrant (about 30 seconds). Deglaze with white wine and let it reduce slightly. Stir in lemon juice, lemon stepper seasoning, and fresh herbs. Let it simmer until gloss...
