Healthier ORANGE CHICKEN (GF & Single-Serve) 🧔 Ok dare I say this recipe is better than takeout? Last year I was cravinnggg orange chicken but wanted a lighter version that’s still packed with flavor… then she was born 🄹 A killer recipe if you cook for yourself, don’t like leftovers, or need something that’s under 15 minutes!! For the chicken: 2 tbsp olive oil 1 large chicken breast, cut half lengthwise & then cubed (about 1ā€ pieces) 1 tbsp corn starch 1/4 tsp of each salt, pepper & red chili flakes For the sauce: 2 tbsp orange juice 2 tbsp chicken stock / bone broth 1 tbsp honey 1/2-1 tsp sriracha (adjust to you spice liking) 1 clove garlic, grated or minced fine 1/2 tsp sesame oil In a small bowl, whisk together all sauce ingredients & set aside. In a separate small bowl, mix together chicken, corn starch & seasonings until evenly coated.
