I’m full…..Recipe below -2 Chicken Breast, butterfly -1/2 White Onion, finely diced -1 Bell Pepper, finely diced -2T Tomato Paste -4 Cloves Garlic, minced -1/2C Chicken Broth -2C Heavy Cream -16oz Pasta, we used Fetticine -Juice 1/2 Lemon -8oz Parmesan Cheese, grated -1/2C Fresh Parsley, chopped -1 Stick of Butter in total -Avocado Oil -Cajun Seasoning of choice -Salt and Pepper as you wish **Big Pan, Medium Heat, add Avocado Oil **Butterfly chicken breast, season with S&P and heavy dose of Cajun Seasoning **Drop in Chicken, cook 4 min, add 2-3T butter and baste until you reach 160 internal. Set aside **Same pan, add 2-3T Butter, with Onion and Bell Pepper, cook about 5 min **Add Tomato Paste and Garlic, let cook a couple min **Add Chicken Stock and Heavy Cream, let it simmer about 10 min to reduce **Good time to cook your pasta **Add Lemon Juice, Salt, Parsley and Cheese **Add cooked Pasta, turn off heat and bring it togeth...
