Crunchy Local Ham 🍖🥑
First time I’ve ever seen a skin on ham roast like this so we had to try giving that skin the Chicharron treatment 🫡 The 48 hour salt cure followed by smoking it and giving it a 450 convection bake at the end gave it unbelievable fluffy crispy skin.
