My hyper fixation dessert/snack. This combo is ELITE šš¼ 20 grams of protein too!
Ingredients:
3/4 cup Greek yogurt
1 tablespoon almond butter
2 teaspoons honey
1 teaspoon cinnamon
3 tablespoons granola
3 strawberries, stems removed and diced
Chocolate shell:
3 tablespoons chocolate chips
1/2 teaspoon coconut oil
Flakey salt to top
Instructions:
In a small bowl, combine Greek yogurt, almond butter, honey and cinnamon. Once fully combined, stir in the granola and strawberries.
For the chocolate shell, melt the chocolate and coconut oil in the microwave at 50% power at 20 second increments, stirring in between, until you can stir the chocolate smooth. You can also melt the chocolate on the stove top using a double broiler (or place a mixing bowl on top of a saucepan filled halfway with water over medium heat).
