At Capgemini, we believe all our colleagues need to get involved in building an inclusive culture, so that everyone can bring their best selves to work. Moving towards our goal, last year we launched Inclusion Circles – a platform that mobilizes our leaders to set up open conversations encouraging our people to share their insights, perceptions, and experiences.
So far, over 16,000 passionate colleagues have already participated in over 1,200 circles! These energizing discussions have focused on topics like unconscious bias in the workplace, the value of
#DiversityandInclusion in business, and breaking biases in technology and AI.
With Inclusion Circles, the conversation is just the start.
