For Throwback Thursday this week, we take a short trip back in time to tx2k 23 ⏮️ What you see here is Dave and Wally getting the stamp of approval from Mr. R35 GT-R himself, Hiroshi Tamura ✍️ Tamura-san was the Chief Product Specialist for the R35 GT-R, Nissan Z, as well as Nismo, and the namesake behind the GT-R T Spec. High praise from the man himself! 🙌 Our team was first introduced to Tamura-san when he visited our shop a number of years ago now, but to be able to impress by laying down a 6 second pass on stock location turbos in his presence was the icing on the cake! 🎂 While the GT-R name may be dormant at this time, the spirit lives on through the Z for now. Who knows, perhaps one day we'll reach the 6 second mark with our Z and Tamura-san can give us the stamp of approval on that one as well! 🖋️ It would only be right to come full circle.
