Put a cool spin on the hot flavor combo: strawberry and matcha! These frozen strawberry yogurt matcha clusters are getting all the love for being sweet, creamy, and so refreshing! ๐๐ตโ๏ธ
Ingredients:
For Clusters:
1 Cup coconut yogurt
1 1/4 Cup fresh strawberries, diced into small pieces
For Coating:
6 oz. white chocolate, melted
1 Tbsp. matcha powder
1โ2 tsp. strawberry powder (optional)
Prepare Clusters:
Thoroughly combine coconut yogurt and diced strawberries in a large bowl.
Line a baking sheet or tray with parchment paper. Using a tablespoon, scoop 2-tablespoon portions of the yogurt mixture onto the tray to form a cluster. Leave space in between clusters to prevent sticking.
Place clusters in the freezer for at least 2 hours, or until frozen solid.
Prepare Matcha Coating
While the clusters are freezing, melt the white chocolate in a heatproof bowl over a double boiler or in the microwave using 20-second intervals. Stir between intervals to ensure a smooth, lump-free consistency...
