D E E T S :
Complete 3 rounds of the following 3 exercises. The goal is to complete all reps of each round without dropping from the bar. If you have to drop though, don’t sweat it! Take a quick break, shake our your arms & hop right back up. 👊
1️⃣ 10 (5 each way) hanging knee raise hold + kick
2️⃣ 10 (5 each way) hanging alt. leg raises
3️⃣ 10 hanging knee raises
Rest as needed between rounds.
