It’s so wild to me that it’s been 6 years. 6 years since I’ve heard her laugh, since I heard her say “what’s up youngster”, 6 years since I got to hear her wisdom. Time passes so quickly yet it still never feels real. When I tell you guys my mom was such a light in life, spreading to every person she met. She had a way of making the world feel safe and making the chaos feel peaceful. I miss her so much more than I want to admit and I have to remind myself daily of the lessons and nuggets of wisdom she left me. Can you guys join me in celebrating my mother Lisa.
