Only 1% of Golfers Can Do This Drill Correctly 😳 If you tend to flip through impact or close the face too aggressively with your trail arm… this one’s for you. ⸻ ✅ The “Hell Drill” — here’s how it works: 1️⃣ Place your trail hand open (palm facing target) on the side of the shaft 2️⃣ Make slow swings keeping your hand in that position and applying pressure to the back of the shaft 3️⃣ You’ll feel the trail forearm quiet down — which helps eliminate excessive roll and overclosure of the face This drill forces your body to rotate more to square the face — instead of relying on hand timing and trail arm flip. ⸻ 💡 Why it works: Golfers who over-rotate the trail forearm often struggle with start line control.
