Our Taylor House Restoration Honored with 3 Preservation Awards! 🏆🏆🏆 The meticulous renovation of the historic Taylor House has earned top honors from Historic Columbia, AIA South Carolina, and the SC Department of Archives & History. The 1908 home — now part of the Joseph F. Rice School of Law — was restored with care, from its terra cotta roof to its original lighting, plaster, and wood finishes. The university partnered with the boydfoundationcolumbia , Tyler Construction, Darnell W & Susan F.
