1. Take one day off your phone throughout the week. I dedicate a certain day of the week to completely staying off all socials. Although some weeks I’m better than others... this has been game changing. It allows me to be present in the real world and not be so laser focused in on IG and social media world. It’s refreshing and I think everyone should be doing this nowadays. 2. STOP SCROLLING! I’ve talked to numerous creators about this already but this is probably my biggest tip. I know we love to keep up with people, but scrolling leads to us to comparison and lack mindset. I personally scroll through my followers list & watch my friends’ stories so I know what they’re up to, and as far as inspo goes.... 3. Stop following accounts that make you feel like shit or are way further ahead than you are. We have to take baby steps to get to where we want to be, so put yourself in front of people who are just a little bit further ahead in the game than you are. If you’re constantly finding...
