It’s hard to even call restaurantalchemist a restaurant because what they’re doing here is so far beyond what a restaurant does. Yes, you’ll get super weird dishes like the ones pictured here (classics like the eyeball and butterfly, new ones like the bugs on a windshield and compressed chicken head, and you might even get to eat paint), but what they’re doing outside the restaurant is remarkable.
Their new development is their research arm called sporacph that’s literally turning magic into reality — the leftover grains from beer production are being used to make chocolate for example. They’re developing scientific projects aimed at changing the world of food as we know it and I can’t wait to see all the incredible things they do ❤️
